Kendall
President
Mark directs the powerful resources of all five Kenmark corporations
to address individual client and partner needs. He oversees the
development and marketing of residential and commercial projects
built by Kenmark, as well as assuming a lead role in the fulfillment
of numerous corporate real estate engagements. As founder and President
of Kenmark, Mark brings over 20 years of leadership experience and
has committed his career to changing how the real estate service
model is viewed and delivered.

Bruce
Russell
Chief Executive Officer
Bruce specializes in creating and implementing sophisticated real
estate strategies for the acquisition, leasing, development, financing,
construction, and disposition of high profile and complex real estate
projects. Bruce's strategies form the foundation for creative and
realistic plans designed to enhance project value and reduce investor,
partner, and shareholder risk. Prior to Kenmark, Bruce served as
a real estate attorney and general counsel for various corporations
including some of the country's largest development companies.

Kendall
Chief Operations Officer
As a co-founder of Kenmark, Jane has the responsibility of managing
Kenmark's operations. Jane has developed exceptional skills in delivering

Wayne
Wiebe
Vice President
Wayne has more than 18 years experience in managing corporate,
real estate and technology clients. His career includes profit/loss
management positions in information technology support, real estate,
construction, and facilities, as well as major project management
successes. Among his many roles at Kenmark, Wayne is currently responsible
for the on-site management and operation of Echelon's corporate
campus in San Jose.

Ken
Kaiser
Vice President
Ken has more than 20 years experience providing strategic real
estate services for national and international clients. A veteran
of multi-market transactions, Ken successfully employs his legal
and brokerage expertise across a variety of real estate landscapes.
His extensive background and knowledge of global markets allows
him to represent his clients best interests and negotiate the best
transaction regardless of location.

Mark has more than 15 years of experience in finance, construction
and facility operations. He is instrumental in helping the company

Marina
Arandjelovic
Regional Property Manager
Marina brings over 15 years of property management experience,
including some of San Francisco's most notable buildings. Currently,
Marina has responsibility for Kenmark's corporate headquarters located
in the Tiffany building, Union Square. From the top floor, Marina
manages over 100,000 square feet for private investment group clients.

Richard
Hair
Control Systems Engineer
Richard is a computer scientist and building controls engineer
with more than 12 years experience with distributed process control
development interface design and system analysis applied to the
development and integration of innovative building controls systems.
His expertise encompasses real-time, web-based, and networked process
control. Richard has successfully implemented Kenmark’s most
innovative energy managemnt systems and oversees Kenmark’s
Building Operations Center.

Ted
Peterson
Construction Manager
Ted is an experienced construction manager with a wide range of
project experience. As a licensed General Contractor, Ted has personally
supervised the completion of residential, commercial and retail
projects throughout Northern California. Having earned a B.S. in
Construction Management, Ted also has the technical training to
effectively manage the budgeting, scheduling, quality control and
contractual obligations of Kenmark's construction projects.

Dawn
Jungemann
Property Manager
Dawn is an experienced property manager and corporate facilities
coordinator who ensures efficient building operations while maintaining
excellent tenant and landlord relations. She has a keen understanding
of the financial and operational aspects of building ownership and
tenant facility needs. Dawn assists clients with relocations, tenant
improvement construction and base building operations.

Lyle
Wehrman
Director of Sales
Lyle has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with large-scale
residential developments throughout Northern California. Prior to
joining Kenmark, Lyle held key sales positions with some of the
nation's largest home builders. Lyle manages on-site sales staff,
and is responsible for implementing Kenmark's marketing projects.
